Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders placed before 6pm (GMT+8) are packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Delivery times. All parcels ship by air mail from our warehouse. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• United States, United Kingdom, European Union: 10-15 days
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 15-25 days
• South America, Middle East, Africa: 15-35 days

Shipping cost. A flat rate is calculated at checkout based on the number of items. Orders over US$60 ship free.

Customs and duties. Prices do not include import duty or VAT. Any charges raised by your customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. Most orders below US$100 clear without charges.

If a parcel is delayed. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us. If tracking has not moved for 20 days we will reship or refund the order, whichever you prefer.
