Returns & Refunds

30-day window. You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Condition. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging with any tags attached. Please include the order number in the parcel.

How to start a return. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that address.

Return shipping. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was the wrong item. In that case we cover the cost and ask for a photo of the problem first.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the parcel arriving back with us. Your bank may take a further 5-10 days to post the credit.

Not returnable. Personalised items (custom name or number printing) cannot be returned unless the print itself is faulty.
